Minimum Annual Investment Capital

Larger capital simplifies the process of achieving optimal stocks weightage within the portfolio and provides more options to choose lower-risk plans, supporting a balanced approach between capital growth and capital preservation. Subscription plans are available for an investment amount starting from ₹10,000 and can accommodate investments exceeding ₹1.5 Crores. Plans tailored for investments of ₹50 lacs and above are also well-suited for larger investments, supporting investments up to ₹50 crores.

Portfolio Risk

Portfolios with higher risk levels are tailored for investors with a greater risk appetite, aiming for superior risk-adjusted long-term growth. While these portfolios focus on maximising returns over the long term, they are also characterised by increased volatility and short-term fluctuations, requiring investors to have a higher risk tolerance to withstand potential drawdowns or losses during exit. Conversely, portfolios with lower risk levels emphasise capital preservation, offering greater stability and reduced volatility, though with more modest long-term returns—making them suitable for investors prioritising security and steady growth over higher risk-adjusted gains. Portfolio Risk levels that can be chosen range from 3% to 70%.

ETFs Composition in the Portfolio

A higher allocation to ETFs in the equity portfolio improves diversification, provides exposure to both domestic and foreign Equity ETFs, and reduces overall risk. However, it may also restrict the potential for achieving higher alpha returns. Equity ETF composition levels range from 0% to 80% by the value of investment (and 0% to 40% by the portfolio size).

Ideal Investment Tenure

The greater the risk associated with a portfolio, the longer the investment horizon needed to buffer against short-term market volatility and harness the potential for superior long-term returns. Similarly, even low-risk portfolios require a minimum of 5 years to accumulate meaningful capital appreciation, given the time needed for growth and compounding effects to manifest.

Portfolio Size

A larger portfolio size enhances diversification across multiple companies, industries, asset classes, and securities with diverse characteristics, thereby typically reducing overall risk. The available options for portfolio size selection are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 securities.

Stock Group Titles

Stock group titles available for selection include 14 titles under 'MarketCap', 26 titles under 'Theme', 18 titles under 'MixedSectors', and 18 titles under 'Industry' categories.

Backtest Results - Sharpe Ratio

The Sharpe Ratio is a quantitative metric used to evaluate risk-adjusted performance. It is frequently employed by investors to assess the efficiency of investment portfolios. A higher Sharpe Ratio signifies superior risk-adjusted returns, indicating that the investment yields greater returns relative to its associated risk.
